MERRY + MARRIED
THE WEDDING DAY OF CHASITY AND JUSTIN
DECEMBER 21, 2013

We last left off on the wedding day story of Chasity and Justin with Chasity getting ready and gorgeous in her dress. Chasity and Justin love suspense and tradition so we kept it stealthy and got portraits of them separately so that the first time Justin saw Chasity on their wedding day would be during the ceremony. Above, Justin’s mom is adjusting his handkerchief so that he’s totally ready for portraits to begin.

So Bobby takes the guys out and about for portraits, while I stick with the girls for the finishing touches on getting ready.

Neat trivia: This adorable little guy is a student where Chasity teaches!

When the guys were put away, we got Chasity out with her girls for some portraits.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. Chasity GLOWS. I seriously can’t tell you what a light in this world and how fun Chasity is. I just feel like this picture was finally THE PICTURE that shared with the world that way that Chasity lights up.

*my heart is fluttering*

After this image, it was time to get Chasity, just minutes away from becoming Mrs. Justin Darnell, hidden in the upstairs room of The War Memorial and break Justin and his family out for their portraits as we waited for the ceremony time to arrive.

I can’t imagine this moment with my two year old son, Peyton, one day. Something about the moms and their little boys on the wedding day has really just started to make me emotional. Does Justin have ANY idea that he was once this tiny tiny baby his mom rocked to sleep? And now…well, now he could take out a mountain.

One of the best portraits of a groom in all eternity, huh, Chasity? =)

And time to go inside and get ready for the ceremony….LOVE the doors!!!
AND LOOOOOOVE the stage and the beautiful lights!! SO ROMANTIC!
And here is one of the magical moments. Just seconds before the start of the ceremony, I pop my head around the corner just in time to see Justin waiting patiently to be collected by Brother Beard for the ceremony. I can’t explain the sense of serenity and nervousness all at once that filled that room, but in just a few minutes from this moment, Justin will Chasity for the very first time on their wedding day and WOW- it will be one of the most emotional ceremonies I have EVER, in 11 years as a wedding photographer, experience.

The ceremony feature of Justin and Chasity’s wedding is up next, this week, on www.frozenexposure.net. It’s seriously something to see.
