It’s nothing short of a perfect adventure when Jackson and Miss Emma come ready for portraits. =) I enjoy every second with these super cute, energetic kiddos.
What? You expected her to smile?! Nuh uh- she’s getting sugar from her brother and noooo thaaaank youuuuu, she says. =) Emma will take kisses when Emma wants kisses and don’t you forget it.
HOWEVER, Miss Emma will trust her big brother to lead her across any bridge. After all, big brothers are the best at watching out for little sisters and they are best friends, indeed.

Okay, enough growing up too fast, Jackson.
Sometimes, a girl just can’t be contained in 4 walls and a fake backdrop. Sometimes, she just needs to leave the studio and hit the great outdoors. Miss Emma was having that kind of day. She’s ready for spring and so we said “alright, let’s ditch the backdrops and get this sweetie in the sunshine!” Shots like these remind me of why I love what I do. Sure, I love the pictures where the babies are looking RIGHT at the camera with their biggest cheese. But something about these cheeks and her little hair blowing in the wind- it’s pure gorgeousness.
I couldn’t have enjoyed a morning more than this one. Thanks to these cuties for spending time in front of my camera.
