I remember meeting Martin and Amy when their first baby boy, Liam, was 3 months old. It has been so amazing to have the chance to watch this little family grow and to get a peek into their lives just 5 little hours into the birth of their new baby boy, Nolan.
If the pictures weren’t tearjerking enough, the video (planned to release in 1 week) is that much more!

Amy {+} Martin put together some treats for the nurses for “helping with their little peanut!” When I saw the nurse holding it, I just melted and she told me they were such a special family- I told her that she had no idea. Truly one of a kind.
