Tonight marks the final chapter and last stop on Kathryn + Brandon’s wedding journey. THANK YOU for checking back each day and following along.
We have laughed with K and her bridesmaids, shed tears during a father-daughter first look, let out happy sighs throughout the special ceremony, and cheered as Brandon kissed his bride.
Without further ado, let’s check out these amazing reception photos and see this mermaid ballerina + marine bust a move!
Ladies and Gents: we officially introduce Mr. + Mrs. Brandon Mulcahy!
Kathryn + Brandon put a lot of time into planning their special day, and it shows. I love that Kathryn chose her colors and wasn’t afraid to incorporate them into the wedding as much as possible. The dreamy mermaid-inspired blues and greens all throughout the reception are so wonderful. Let’s take a moment to recognize each detail and all of their hard work…
As a favor to their guests, K + B had the cutest candy bar, which featured the Mulcahy’s favorite color-combo.
Isn’t this the most stunning seating chart you’ve ever seen?
Dulce Desserts never disappoints. AND do you see what I see on top of that gorgeous ombre cake? Let’s get a little closer…
Just a little bit closer…
There.
It’s our mermaid and marine! Doesn’t their cake topper just make your heart happy? How many Etsy shops did K + B search through before they found someone who could make the most appropriate and amazing cake topper ever?! I wish I could write a caption as cool as that photo.
How thoughtful and incredibly sweet are our newlyweds? At the reception they made a special table for those who could not be with them on their wedding day, and it was so touching.
Here’s another touching detail: K + B hung photos from their parents’ and grandparents’ weddings. An engagement photo of the newlyweds hangs in the center to represent their special day, and their family photos surround them. They have so much love and a strong foundation.
Yummy food from Pig + Pie is served as Kathryn, Brandon and their wedding guests listen along to toasts from the MOH and best man.
Brandon takes a moment to thank everyone that has been apart of the day, and also to say how much he loves his bride. (:
Now lets cut that yummy cake.
Everyone has full bellies and it’s time to boogie.
Groundworks Entertainment did an awesome job of making everyone get out on the floor and dance!
Our bride + groom take one more photo opportunity with their loved ones. Everyone looks so good!
Kathryn + Brandon’s wedding was stunning in every single aspect. So, of course their grand exit is amazing too. Sparklers never disappoint.
This shots makes me think of An Officer and a Gentleman…was that on purpose, Brandon?
And this photo captures it all. Kathryn and Brandon’s love and love story is so romantic, so destined by God and all in his plan, that we can understand by looking at a photograph. The love they have for each other is so great, it shows through their smiles.
We began their story like this…
Once upon a time in a land not far away there lived a ballerina mermaid named Kathryn. Kathryn was graceful, beautiful and had the kind of smile that would make you smile back.
Not too far away lived a marine named Brandon. Brandon was strong, kind and looking for his princess.
We end their story like this…
AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER.
On behalf of everyone at Frozen Exposure, K + B, we are so happy for you both and wish you nothing but the best. Thank you for having our team capture and blog your special day!
